Jenna C. Westby

Jenna C. Westby joined Fogel Law Offices, P.A. as an associate attorney in October of 2007.  Her practice is 100% devoted to family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child support, post-decree matters and appellate work.

Ms. Westby obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver Colorado after graduating with honors from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where she earned a B.A. in Social Work with a minor in Womens’ Studies.  At Sturm College she received Honors for achievement in Family Law and Criminal Procedure.

Jenna is the secretary of the Hennepin County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee.  And she volunteers with the Resource Center for Fathers and Family, and the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
