Our Team Approach
At Fogel Law Offices, P.A. we do not believe that every case can fit into a "cookie cutter" design. We strongly believe that the job of a family law attorney is not only to provide clients with expert legal advice, but also to provide them with the tools necessary in order to move onto the next stage of their life. Therefore, we believe in a "team" approach to handling family law matters. The team is made up of our clients, ourselves, and many other outside professionals.
For example, we may help clients get in touch with a financial planner who can help prepare monthly budgets and strategies for saving assets. We can also help clients find an accountant and an insurance agent who can assist them with tax planning and insuring their personal property and/or future child support and spousal maintenance obligations are secured. If necessary, we will also help clients find a therapist to help them, or their children, cope with the emotional aspects of their divorce. We have also worked with realtors, business valuators, and parenting consultants, coaches and expeditors. All of these professionals are part of our "team" approach to handling family law matters, which results in a more efficient and beneficial outcome.
